Empowering Indigenous Youth Through Education
About Us
Welcome to Asokan Project, where we are dedicated to providing culturally relevant educational resources for rural and Indigenous youth. Our focus is on directly organizing and facilitating arts and science programming as well as developing educational tools that can be distributed throughout communities. We also provide consulting services and create educational resources for educators to aid them in bringing Indigenous learning to the forefront in the classroom. Join us in empowering the next generation through engaging and impactful learning experiences.
At Asokan Project, we believe in the power of education to transform lives and open up opportunities. Our mission is to create innovative educational programs that celebrate Indigenous culture, nurture creativity, and inspire a love for learning. By both developing our own programming independently and partnering with educators to bring our resources into the classroom, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of rural and Indigenous youth. Our major projects to date include a Cree language learning colouring book, and a conservation focussed arts and science summer camp.
